We offer parts , service and toner for most HP , Canon and Apple as well as Lexmark laser printers as well as computers .

A low charge of only $35.00 applies for the trip only and the actual time is charged @ $70.00 / hour .

Please note that , there are no additional charges for delivery of any - regularly priced - toner or ink supplies over and above the normal pricing , in the metro Denver area .

Due to the increasing volume of requested evening service calls , as to not conflict with normal business hours of the customer , we offer after hours service for the low rate of $50.00 trip charge and only $100.00 per hour .

As always we warranty our work , but cannot warranty any of the customers parts or data transfer , either in the old machine used or transferred to a new machine .

Any transfer or data input is the customer's responsibility , due to the many variables involved .As always the parts are warranted to be a usable part and are not warranted as to customers usefulness, wrong part ordered will be exchanged [ customer to pay shipping ,if any ] or a credit at The Office Connection given .

Virus/Adware .... attempts to remove virus or adware may or may not be successful . In these attempts , information may be lost . The loss of this information is regretable , but T.O.C.'s attempts do not make T.O.C. responsible in any way for the loss of any information under any circumstances .

All toner has the manufacturers warranty . Toner must be returned to T.O.C. , with a page from the printer in which it was installed. Toner manufacturer will be the final determining authority in a warranty claim. Toner manufacturer , T.O.C. or any of its affiliates to be held liable for any consequential damages .

Shipping and handling charges are calculated for shipping to the continuos 48 states only , for shipping to any other part of the world , please contact us for exact fees .
